End of June 6/29/23

In about a week, I head off to Duke for a pre-college course on Global Health and engineering so that is something I am looking forward to. Recently, I have been working on preparing myself for my second year of high school by taking online courses and volunteering at a basketball camp.

One thing I was wondering recently is how significant will something like Global Health will be in the future and I realized it will only become more important as time goes on. Due to climate change and other drastic health problems we face in today’s society, it is only becoming more prevalent for us to find solutions to these problems we are facing.

I think after taking this course and seeing what it’s about, I may want to pursue a major in Global Health due to how important it will be in the upcoming years. With something like this, I feel like I can make a change for good.
